Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are consumed or applied to the body, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. We will always help if something is wrong with your order.

Cancelling an order

*You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Contact us with your order number. Any amount you paid is refunded in full.

*Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a Cash on Delivery order at the door, we may decline Cash on Delivery for your future orders.

*We may cancel an order ourselves if a product is unavailable or the address cannot be served. You will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or with a wrong or missing item, tell us within 2 days of delivery. Please send your order number with clear photos of the product and the outer packaging (an unboxing video helps).

After checking, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund for the affected item, as you prefer. You do not need to pay for any return pickup.

What we cannot refund

*Opened, used or partly used products, unless they were damaged or wrong when delivered.

*Problems reported after 2 days of delivery.

*Products whose seal, label or packaging has been tampered with after delivery.

How refunds are paid

*Online payments are refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet).

*Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you give us.

*We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it. It usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
